We are super excited to welcome for a special Tuesday night extra session 7 - time Grammy award winner Paul Wertico and world ranked virtuoso Enrico Pinna to the Jailhouse. Legendary "sound painter" Paul Wertico whose 18-year tenure with the PAT METHENY GROUP redefined modern drumming treating the kit as a melodic force. Based in Chicago, he is an Associate Professor of Jazz & Contemporary Music Studies at Roosevelt University's Chicago College Of Performing Arts.
Enrico Pinna is an award-winning guitarist, producer, and recording engineer whose career is defined by technical mastery and high-profile recognition in the progressive rock and jazz communities.
Joining Enrico and Paul are two local legends, both well known to audiences at the Jailhouse, Terry Pack on bass and Joss Peach on keys and percussion.
And as if that were not enough in and of itself - sax supremo Josephine Davies is now joining in the fun. This looks like a session to end all sessions!
