1️⃣ TALLER
Julyen Hamilton vuelve a impartir con nosotr@s su tercer taller en Madrid. En las dos ocasiones anteriores quedó muy contento y con una impresión muy positiva sobre nuestro colectivo y el trabajo previo que percibe en el mismo, así es que vuelve con muchas ganas de seguir trabajando en ello con tod@s nosotr@s. Abrimos ya la reserva de plaza para participar en el taller. Las coordenadas para esta ocasión son:
Es imprescindible la reserva previa. Las plazas están limitadas y se asignan por estricto orden de formalización de reserva.

2️⃣ PERFORMANCE
Además, como cierre a su tercera visita a Madrid, Julyen realizará una performance el domingo 27 por la tarde, también en este mismo espacio escénico de exlímite. Si participas en el taller, será una buena y muy recomendable forma de complementar el trabajo. Si no puedes venir al taller, al menos no te pierdas la oportunidad de contemplar a Julyen Hamilton en escena; consulta abajo su página web para profundizar y seguir su trayectoria. Los detalles sobre esta performance los comunicaremos más adelante, pero te garantizo que será una ocasión única e inolvidable, así es que te animo a que te reserves esa tarde para venir a verle.

Composing Instantly...
musicians and dancers creating together
Estas clases forman parte del programa "theater works" de Julyen Hamilton. Abordan la creación de piezas performativas de manera conjunta entre personas que provienen tanto de la danza como de la música. En las sesiones se despliegan las habilidades de ambas formas artísticas a través de una escucha profunda y guiada hacia cómo la música y la danza conviven y resuenan en la escena. Se desarrolla la capacidad de escucha mutua entre músic@s y bailarin@s, simultánea al adentramiento en la propia manera de crear de cada un@. Se abordarán y enriquecerán para ambas disciplinas los elementos de espacio y tiempo, el fraseo y la imaginación teatral, llegando a retroalimentarse tras horas de práctica colectiva.

Julyen Hamilton (www.julyenhamilton.com)
Es bailarín, coreógrafo, poeta, profesor y músico. Lleva más de 45 años creando, bailando, dirigiendo y enseñando en todo el mundo. Nacido y criado en Inglaterra, se formó en Londres en los años 70, una época de experimentación radical, siendo desde entonces un exponente de la innovación performativa. Desde los años 80 ha actuado constantemente en estrecha colaboración con much@s de l@s músic@s más destacad@s de toda Europa (Barre Phillips, Fred Frith, Tristan Honsinger, Michael Moore, Wilbert de Joode, Giorgos Kokkinaris, Nuria Andorrá, etc.). Su trabajo consiste en realizar performances —tanto piezas a solo como con compañías— con artistas e intérpretes de la danza, la música y otras artes; destaca la singularidad de su trabajo con texto. Su proceso, entre otros, consiste en crear instantáneamente en escena... componer instantáneamente... improvisar.

Zapraszają słuchaczy do elektroakustycznej, improwizowanej podróży pełnej subtelności, przestrzeni i uważnego dialogu. Ich muzyka prowadzi w magnetyczny świat powoli ewoluujących pejzaży dźwiękowych i falujących struktur brzmieniowych. Raz szorstkich i wzburzonych, innym razem kojących i swobodnie dryfujących – stopniowo wprowadzających słuchacza w trans.
Balansując między organicznym brzmieniem instrumentów akustycznych a immersyjnymi teksturami elektroniki, polsko-łotewski duet eksploruje płynną przestrzeń pomiędzy tym, co fizyczne, a tym, co elektroniczne, tworząc wyjątkowe środowisko dźwiękowe inspirowane ideą nieustannie zmieniającego się wodnego świata.

This is an event created with the goal of bringing artists and creatives from different disciplines together on stage.
